FREE PROBLEM DIAGNOSIS

If you are not sure what's wrong with your laptop then bring your laptop or desktop to our shop or we can arrange collection** of your laptop from anywhere in the UK.  We will perform our diagnostics and let you know what we find and give you a no obligations fixed price quote to repair your computer.  You decide if you want us to perform the repair or we will return the laptop back to you.

FIXED PRICE REPAIRS
We will always quote you fixed labour price to repair your computer with no hidden costs.

NO FIX, NO FEE PROMISE
In the unlikely event we cannot repair your laptop you will not be charged*.

RAPID REPAIRS
We aim to have your laptop diagnosed, fixed and returned back to you within five days of receipt.  You can even opt to jump the queue for a priority repair within 24 hours of receipt for only £19.99 extra****.

BASIC HEALTH CHECK
We test your laptop to ensure everything is running smoothly before we return your laptop.  Basic problems found are always fixed FREE OF CHARGE!

OUTSIDE DORSET? RETURN COURIER COLLECTION AND DELIVERY
For only £19.99 we offer door to door pick up and return delivery of your laptop on a day that suits you best.  No waiting in line at the busy Post Office to send us your laptop!  Alternatively you can arrange your own delivery to us or drop it off at our store in Poole, Dorset yourself.  

We fix ALL laptop and desktop makes and models. We fix ALL all problems so if your problem is not listed here contact us for a no obligation FIXED PRICE quote.

Remember, we will diagnose your laptop or PC problem FREE of charge and let you know what we find.

* Fixed price quote excludes any parts that may be found faulty after we start the repair.  Basic problems are always repaired for FREE.

** There is a low cost courier cost of £19.99 which applies to all repairs even if we are unable to fix it.  This is still a great value as you wont be out of pocket by labour costs of £100s even if the computer is unfixable.  In this event will offer you a salvage price for your laptop/pc/console or return it back to you at no additional cost.

*** This is dependant upon our stock items. Some items may need ordering which may delay the return of your laptop. We will keep you informed if this is the case.

**** We restrict the number of priority repairs each day to allow us to complete all our existing repairs.  Please let us know asap if you want a priority repair so we can book your computer in first.
