How quick can I get back computer back?

It normally takes between 3-5 working days for our free diagnosis and repair.  Some repairs can take longer if we have to order any parts but we do keep stock of most major parts.  

Do you offer a Priority Service?

We offer a priority service for an addtional £19.99 for your computer to be diagnose and often repaired within 24 hours.

How much will my repair cost me?

Our prices are always displayed on our website so you know up front how much the repair will be.  There are no hidden costs. We even diagnose your computer problem for free and in the unlikely event your computer is unrepairable or beyond economical repair we dont charge!

Should I back up my data first?

We always recommend backing up your data.  We cannot be held responsible for loss of data during the repair.  Hard disks are mechanical devices and it is a matter of when (not if) they fail which means it could fail at any time.  We do offer a data backup service.  Please enquire about this prior to any work being carried out.

Can you recycle my old computer?

We offer free recycling for your old laptop and desktop.  Unfortunately, we are unable to recycle old style CRT monitors and recommend contacting your local recycling centre to dispose of these.  All recycled computers have their hard disks removed and contents erased or the hard disk is physically destroyed so you have no worries about your data ending up in the wrong hands!

What if the repair is too expensive or I dont want to go ahead with the repair?

No problem, if you sent us your computer by courier we will send it back to you at no further cost.  If you dropped it off at our shop then you can collect it at any time.  Please let us know in advanced so we can get your computer put back together again.  We can also recycle your computer free of charge.

What if my computer goes wrong again after the repair?

We offer 3 months warranty on all repairs (excludes virus removal or unless stated in advanced).  In the unlikely event your computer exhibits the same problems as before then we will fix it at no charge.  We only charge for courier collection and delivery unless you want to drop it off at our shop in person.
